Progressive House has no similarities to trance music at all, a completely different style of music altogether, and i would rather listen to elevator music than that dull, unfeeling, noisy crap they call "tech-house"

prog house is obviously a derivative of house and prog house mixed with tech-house makes a deadly 1-2 combo....however, in general, and as stated above, progressive was just a slower form of trance.....it was on a roll when it was played out as really dark music, but those times are floating away and more and more producers are producing tracks that are just sounding like trance but at 130 bpm's.

the thing is trance adn prog are almost one and the same.

prog was deep trance before trance became trance with a capital T

I thought Desyn's set was especially Trancey. I don't think progressive is changing to Trance, I just think people are moving to trance... and I'm not happy with it one bit.
