i think the mind and body are very much interconnected and what occurs in one happens in the other in many regards better enabling ones mind to overcome matter.

true forsure. pranayama and physical yoga does indeed help too.

so true, imo.
why not guard your thought process? i heard once that -- to conquer one's self is a greater feat than alone slaying a massive army on a battlefield. then again, i've heard that insomnia is a "karmic" chemical deficiency/disorder of some sorts.
harmonious music is a big undeniable aid yes, but i would suggest rigorously forgetting thyself b4 bed, in meditation, by abstracting their invincible consciousness from their vehicle which is quite ephemeral.
perhaps if they might cease to identify with their brain-mind and physical body and it's irate/erratic thinking, and start identifying with their innermost/intelligence/character; they might be able to find quality rest. best of luck.Leave a comment:

but seriously sorry to hear that...I am about to pass out from exhaustion I have been awake for 19 hours now with 4 h sleep last night...If I don't sleep for 8 hours tonight there is no answer for my problems...Leave a comment:
