IMHO, Ren and Stimpy is the best cartoon ever created...funny as hell, great animation, writing , sound effects, music....and pretty damn gross.....you can't beat the dumb cat and pissed off dog.....

i would have to agree with you, Pinky and the Brain was funny at times.
Family Guy is tops too but they don't make'em like they use too. -

There's lots of classics - but only one real contender for the title of "best cartoon ever" and that of course is the Simpsons - no other cartoon matches the scale and consistancy of the Simpsons.
