i did telemarketing for 2 weeks...fucking hated it. i never sold anything, i was close once though. i managed to get this 60 year old dude interested in purchasing 500 letter openers. when the floor manager heard (they monitor calls) he came and started telling me what to say so i wouldn't loose the sale...well long story short he made me make that poor old man cry. he made me tell him to be man enough and buy the openers without his wifes consent, i think he cried from the pressure ..anyway that was my last day ..fuck telemarketing, if i want something i'll go get it

I did debt collection as a second job for 4 weeks. Not only did people hate me calling, but they were pised because I was demanding money. Barely collected anything.

Working in a produce warehouse. Cold ass temperatures, overnight, heavy labor, and 12 hour shifts! Sucked ass, but now I have that "one shitty job" to bitch to my kids about someday.

It wasn't the job itself rather the one major aspect of my last job. She was a micro-manager and didn't have any sort of clue as to how she should be doing her job. My nickname for her? SATAN! And I didn't keep her nickname a secret either - others eventually adopted it too as it was so apropos! She eventually got demoted and for good reason. The rest of the people/job was okay, but she made it hell for me to actually want to wake up and be a do-gooder each and every day that we worked together.

The bright side is my boss at my new job is the opposite of a micro-manager, which suits me rather well! Whew.

McDonalds. Never ever work there...Ended my last day @ the job with a row in plain sight of all the customers: my manager (a beyotch) tried to embarras me in front of everyone. Bad move, she got it 10x as bad from me. I even got applauded by some peepz for really flaming her: I totally told what I thought of her and her managing skills (which were ectually non-existent).

She didn't burst into tears though...pity.
