not sure who was being transported in that van but the driver is prob egyptian and i really dont think it was stolen, the driver prob had orders to not stop for nothing and run over anything, so i assume there was some foreign people in the van.

i honestly don't know what i would do if i were in that situation. a street before me, filled with an angry mob. me, an american. i don't know if there is any option to drive at 2mph down the street, but i won't put myself in the driver's shoes, whoever was behind the wheel.
