If you don't like the number of posts they're doing, then start using MercuryServer's DJ Database (by pressing the Home tab) to subscribe to the DJs that you want to see and hide the rest.

That won't work because most of us want to see newer stuff and speaking personally I don't care if they are different genres, I welcome it. But the actual links they put up are mostly disgusting. You have to be so careful where you click . I've ended up with porn and the offer of a russian bride.

Reposting is discouraged everywhere else , yet here where it is the most important it is encouraged ??? It is obviously a purely moneymaking proposition for some and it makes the P & R section far less useable for the genuine contributing members. I should say the only one I absolutely refuse to download from is Domi. At least the others have actual conversation. He's here to make money of us and that is all !!

Well said DIDI, this mirrors my view aswell. Each to their own music wise and its def good to discover new artists on here. I do it myself with a lot of sets i post and have found new dj's from others.

If the money making and multiple posts of the same set is sorted then im sure most will live and let live.

Not what it should be about as far as im concerned.

This echoes my own thoughts pretty well. P&R was a great part of ms when i joined, now i don't hardly go there at all.

Contaminated is the best word, nice one Hoff.

Mods are very quick to ban people who come along with links to porn, russian brides, ugg boots etc etc but when those same links are disguised as dj sets it seems the posters are welcomed with open arms.

why we make us so complicated ??? we are all a part of this comunity !!! the reason why i like this forum is the personally conversation, with others .... this guys have no personality .... the principial thing of this forum is talk share and give ... sorry but this is my opinion ..... personality is the key !!!

Good way to be proactive, Ribz. Another frequent one you might want to look out for is DJ Hype.

Of course, staying on top of these frequent set postings is no walk in the park.
