when they got back to me with the link they said they were at about 12k... also, the competition is i guess like a raffle for Danny's turntables and other stuff, so people might be donating but not specifically for the set like i did.. either way i think it's a great idea for a fundraiser best of luck to them...

The 12k is what we have raised all together so far, we have done a charity skydive which raised 10k for Macmillian. The winners from the comp will be drawn from the people who download the mix etc..

this set is insanely good. different strokes, but i'm with those who likes to hear danny play harder like this rather than more mellow.

Are you sure? It seems to me that not many people are willing to pay for good music. It shows less than 150 downloads of this set on the download page, really disappointing.

You guys are getting waaaaaay too caught up in this. Sure it comes in a different format, but we have a 4.5 hour set from Howells, we donated to a charity ... come on ... I really don't know what the big deal is, especially when there're heaps of information via Google.

Plus the guy is a techno-noob, he didn't have a hand in the actual recording of the set or setting up the payment, he simply got handed an ogg file.
