Wasn't impressed by this at all. Jimmy Van M's warm up wasn't particulalry well structured - was far too fast and hard when we got in (about half 10) and although it did massively improve it wasn't what i was expecting. Digweed's set was , imo, pretty flat the entire time i was there. Admittedly I left at around 3 and by all acounts it got much better for a couple of hours after than, but it had just lost me you know? I felt like i really had to try to get stuck in - shouldn't be like that

I had a great time, it was great to see everyone again and some new faces, funkykarma was cool and Mav and his mates where just a laugh a minute. I got in to late to really get into Jimmy Van M's set so I couldn't really comment. I had a great time, I enjoyed what he was playing. I had to leave about 5.45 as my mate had booked a Taxi. I ended up at a crazy party till 11 PM with an ex Coronation Street actress and children's TV presenter.

Sorry I missed you leaving ... I was on the 1st floor balcony overlooking the DJ booth and having a drink with Funkykarma - the sound system and vibrating dancefloor take their toll !

The music reminded me of the stuff from part of 2000 - very dark, driving beats and bordering on progressive. Perhaps it could have done with more vocals and a few tracks to break it up, but Diggers must have decided he was taking no prisoners.

Sounds like the Vortex took a few casualties

This release was mastered direct from vinyl at the request of the DJ and as such features natural sound characteristics of this medium such as record surface noise.

Can't say I was that taken with Digweed, couldn't get into it at all. Around 2.30 there was one track that built, built and looped - then crashed into something random - disapointing set the tone for the night. Twisted Audio in room 2 made up for it though.

Much as like the dancefloor, the spot i was in was just painful.

Great night. Loved paying room 2 early on
The last 2 hours were insane.

He played that new tom middleton mix of Love stimulation.
This was totally overshadowed by what went off in Brighton on Sat night. That was a really special one
