Thought my train was entering the station when I nearly choked on lunch today all alone in the house with cell phone across the room. fwew! don't waste a single moment, "the station will come soon enough!" so true

local honey, garlic, kombucha gingeraid - all things I stock up on when I'm sick. had the flu already this year, it was exhausting.
